Who is my employer?
Your employer is SE Solution GmbH. You get an employment contract with us and are deployed at our client companies as part of temporary staffing.
How will I be paid?
We pay according to the DGB/GVP collective agreement for temporary work. The amount depends on your job and pay grade – we discuss this openly in a personal conversation.
Does applying cost me anything?
No. Our support is free of charge for job seekers.
Which documents do I need?
For assistant positions, a CV is not strictly necessary – a short conversation is often enough. For skilled positions, the job advert states which documents we need, for example a CV, references or certificates such as a forklift licence or welder's certificate. Please do not send ID documents via WhatsApp, but by e-mail or in person.
Can I be hired by the client?
Yes, that is possible. Client companies can hire proven employees – we support you with this.
